Supplier & partner registration · weekly review

A four-route utility needs a serious supply base.

Every plant we build runs on partners: biomass fuel suppliers and transporters, fabrication subcontractors, component vendors — and now, with our renewable-powered electric fleet, HV switchgear makers, solar and wind IPPs and open-access PPA partners. Register below; procurement reviews submissions weekly.

Who we buy from

Five partner categories,
in continuous demand.

Biomass fuel suppliers

Agro-waste briquettes (3,800–4,200 kcal/kg), wood pellets & chips (4,200–4,800 kcal/kg), paddy husk and bagasse (3,200–3,800 kcal/kg). We contract on tested GCV, moisture below 12–15% and ash specs — with daily metered offtake and prompt payment terms.

Transporters & logistics

Daily biomass movements to plant sites, cylinder fleet operations and project cargo. GPS-tracked vehicles, weighbridge discipline and route reliability matter more to us than rock-bottom rates.

Fabrication subcontractors

Structural steel, piping spools, ducting, tanks and site erection that overflow our own PESO-approved shop. Qualified welders, WPS/PQR documentation and IBR-aware QA are prerequisites.

NEW · Electric fleet

Electrical & renewable-power partners

For our renewable-powered electric boilers: HV switchgear and protection OEMs (6.6/11 kV), transformer and cabling vendors, solar and wind IPPs, and open-access PPA partners able to wheel utility-scale renewable power to industrial sites.

Component vendors

Burners, valves, pumps, refractory, insulation, instrumentation, PLC/SCADA hardware, sensors and CEMS equipment — Indian and international OEMs alike. CE/ATEX, BIS, ASME and PESO certifications fast-track evaluation.

Services

Calibration and testing labs, statutory consultants (PESO, IBR, MoEFCC, EU IED), EPC sub-contracting, insurance and IT services that keep a multi-state, two-continent fleet compliant.

What we look for

We buy like we operate:
on data, not promises.

  • Quality you can certify. ISO 9001, PESO, BIS, CE/ATEX, ASME — whatever your category demands. For fuel: lab-tested GCV and moisture reports with every lot.
  • Reliability over price. Our plants carry 98–99.5% SLAs, so a late truck or a failed lot costs us penalties. We pay fairly for partners who never make us explain ourselves.
  • Transparent commercials. Clear MOQ, lead times and payment terms up front. MSME and Startup India registered vendors are explicitly welcome.
  • Scale appetite. We're heading for 1,000+ installations by FY 2030-31 — we'd rather grow ten suppliers tenfold than onboard a hundred once.
  • For renewable partners: bankable generation track record, open-access experience in your state, and willingness to structure long-tenor PPAs matched to our boiler contracts.

Vendor registration

Tell us what you supply.

Procurement reviews fresh registrations weekly. Shortlisted vendors join our approved-vendor master and are invited to bid on RFQs across all four businesses.

This form opens your email client addressed to hello@clearenergy.ai — attach your brochure, datasheets or fuel test reports to that email (PDF/XLSX, up to 25 MB). Procurement reviews registrations every week.

Onboarding

From registration to first PO.

STEP 01

Submission

Register via the form above with specs, pricing and certifications. Fuel suppliers should include recent lab reports; IPPs their generation track record.

STEP 02

Weekly review

Procurement reviews fresh registrations each week against active and pipeline requirements across all four businesses.

STEP 03

Qualification · 2–4 weeks

Document verification, sample testing for fuels, shop or facility audit where relevant — then entry into our approved-vendor master.

STEP 04

RFQ & first order

Approved vendors are invited to bid on relevant RFQs. Perform well and volumes compound — our fleet grows every quarter.

Grow with the fleet

1,000+ installations by FY 2030-31. Supply them with us.

From a single truckload of briquettes to a 45 MW PPA — if you can meet our specs and our schedules, there's a long-term seat at this table.
